How to Return
To initiate a return, email email@example.com, include your name, order number, what you are returning and your reason for return.
Condition of Item
All items must be in like new condition. Tags must be attached with all original packaging. No perfumes, stains, animal hair or other marks with be refunded. Items returned, not in original condition, will not be accepted. Denim & Street has the right to reject a return. Items that are not able to be resold will be sent back to you, at your expense.
You are responsible for the expense to send items back to Denim & Street. We do not cover shipping & handling costs for returns UNLESS the mistake was our fault. We advise getting a tracking number, we are not responsible if your package gets lost or arrives after the two week deadline.
After your item(s) have been inspected by Denim & Street, if they are in acceptable condition, a store credit code will be initiated.
Sale & Discounted Items
Discounted pieces in the final sale section are not eligible for the return process.
ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. Ex: Black Friday, Flash Sales, 15% off codes, etc.
If your return does not meet Denim & Street guidelines and you mail it to us anyway, we will not accept your item. The customer (you) is responsible for paying to have the item sent back to you within two weeks.
IF you do wish to exchange an item for a different color or size you may:
- reorder the item you would like and send yours back (postmark within 14 days) for store credit OR
- return your item to us for store credit and use the store credit to repurchase your item.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
