Returns & Exchanges
Darn! We hate when things don't work out! But we get it, so we gladly accept items for return. Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer.Returns postmarked within 30 days of delivery date are eligible for a refund on the original form of payment or for store credit. You pick!
Items 30 plus days past their delivery date are not eligible for return.
IF you received an item that is damaged or defective in any way, this must be reported prior to wearing the item and tags still must be attached to be eligible for return.
The following are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return: sale items, items purchased with a discount code, and jewelry.All items must be unwashed, unworn, and have the tags still attached! No exceptions.
Wow, the holidays can be crazy!! Our items may also be given as gifts (lucky!) but then need to be returned for various reasons following the holiday. Therefore, any items purchased between Thanksgiving and Christmas are still eligible for return when postmarked on or before January 10th for store credit only. These returns must also be in compliance with our return policy (see eligible items above).
Due to a limited quantity of inventory, we cannot guarantee that we will still have an item in stock when your return reaches us. For this reason, we cannot do item for item exchanges.IF you do wish to exchange an item for a different color or size you may:
- reorder the item you would like and send yours back (postmark within 30 days) for a refund OR
- return your item to us for store credit and use the store credit to repurchase your item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
